Chaos Pro

The Chaos Pro is part of the Chaos Proformance Series the ultimate competition ready wakesurf boards designed for riders that demand the best. The board starts with a pressure-fused high strength EPS foam core. A Chaos Proprietary Carbon Wrapped Flex Bar (carbon channel bar) is then inserted into the top deck. This provides improved stiffness, chatter dampening, and eliminates fracturing and stress cracks associated with standard wooden stringers and fabric inlays. The finished blank is then laminated with multiple arrays of S2-fiberglass, carbon fiber and biaxial fiberglass/Innegra hybrid fabric for a light weight yet extremely resilient 3D Carbon Flex Technology (CFT) lamination (Chaos proprietary 3D CFT process). The Chaos Pro differs from the Team Pro, in having a straighter outline with the hip pulled back toward the tail and modified rail foils for more speed and faster rail to rail transitions. The progressive concave deck with volume pushed toward the rails (as opposed to a step deck), and fluid single to double barrel concave provide unparalleled ride and performance.
